Aconite is used for ailments which appear very suddenly, for example; colds, flu, coughs, headaches and fever. It is useful for symptoms brought on by extreme changes in weather. It can help in dealing with fear before surgery or dental treatment, and may also be helpful for treating bladder infections.
Aconite is useful as a first-aid remedy for eye injuries, helping to relieve pain and reduce inflammation. It is also a good remedy for earaches when the outer ear is swollen, red, painful and hot, sensitive to noise. It is useful for fever which has a sudden onset after exposure to cold, dry wind, or sometimes extremely hot weather.
